Why does my windows xp media center edition ask me to insert a windwos xp pro CD 2 during installation?
I'm trying to restore my dell xps 200 with my windows media center cds, but during installation the windows prompts me to insert my xp pro cd 2, I don't know why because i'm clearly using the windows xp media center cd's any help would be appreciated.
Windows Media Center is essentially a version of XP Pro. If you have a CD that says CD 2, just put that into your drive and it should work.
