What is a good Video Card to buy on Budget?
I am looking to buy a good video card, but I am on a tight budget. I am looking for at least 256MB of video ram, at least DirectX 9 compatible (preferably DirectX 10), PCI Interface, have dual monitor support and preferably an Nvidia Chipset. What is a good card to buy with these preferences and on a tight budget. I don't wanna spend more than $150 if possible.
I case you are wondering what I want to do with the card and what my PC preferences are, I am looking to create FPS Creator Games with the highest possible graphics capabilities of the software as well as some RealmCrafter games. Also, my PC is running Windows XP Pro Service Pack 2 with a 3GHz Pentium 4 HT Processor and 2GB or ram which I will upgrade to 4GB in the near future.

You can try Nvidia 6600GT. Its a value for money yet generates medium-high performance. Should cost between 150-180dollars, depending on brand.
