It's sufficient enough to play it. To recieve more benefit out of the dual core you would need a 64-bit operating system though. Linux variant, Windows XP Pro 64-bit, or Windows Vista 64-bit.
I personally wouldn't use an ATI card, I never could get one to play any of my newest games to run as smoothly as a nVidia. I'd rather have a consistent 20 frame rate then a frame rate always hopping up and down between 5 and 80.
