Yes, follow d3v10u5b0y advice, BUT in order to do it, your computer should be formatted as NTFS. it should be but doesn't have to be so check to make sure. If your harddrive is formatted as FAT 32 click link below to see how to convert it to NTFS, it's not difficult.
I don't recommend you doing it though, only because Vista has allot of problems the main one being it's very slow even for computers with fast processors and 4 gigs of RAM. Wait until Microsoft comes out with service pack 1 for Vista, that's one of the main issues the service pack will address.
