How do a get into my windows xp professional os when i forgot the password?
I have a hp compaq nc6120 running on windows xp professional and some how when i switch it on it stops loading and comes up with a windows xp professional page and says enter user name then password then log on to and a drop down page with a few choices i dont know the password and when i type in guest it says your account is disabled see your administrator can someone help me gain normal access again many thanks?
