how do i download windows 7 onto my laptop that has a fedora OS?
I have a laptop that has Fedora running on it and I am attempting to load Windows 7 onto it. My computer needed a new had driver and I didnt have a Windows OS at the time available. I am now having problems running the disc from the windows 7. The auto run is not working or is not found for some reason???
You can't load the contents of the Windows 7 DVD while you are running Linux. You have to boot from the disc to install it.
By the way, it's not called DOWNLOADING. It's called INSTALLING. Avoid the confusion.
