for a student in college, which would be better, a Mac or a Windows notebook?
I need to know which is better for projects, for entertainment and productivity. Which is better for internet, speed and stuff like that.
You should definitely go with Mac. I have owned windows PC's all my life, and just started using a mac and it's amazing. You can do everything a PC can do, any major software that is necessary, like microsoft office, is available for Macs, and the no virus thing is a very good advantage!! I have gone through two laptops already in the last three years because they crash, or get a virus.
Go to an apple(MAC) store, and then a PC store, and ask them to tell you why their computer is better. I did the same, and nobody selling a PC gave me a good enough reason, after I told them about all the problems I had in the past.
