How to format my hard disk when WINDOWS XP cd Don't boot up?
I want to format my computer to reinstal windows xp.
On my old computer I was just putting the cd on the computer and windows option to format appear.
But now It don't appear...
I change the boot setup in the bios
but it only read the disk a little and boom.. windows xp logo appear and it start my computer from my hard disk.
(my cd-rom is correctly connected and work fine on the computer)
How can I just read the windows xp cd on the boot up?
or How to format my computer without a headache?
U should go through proper direction
First go to BIOS setting make 1st boot device CD ROM and save the setting
When pc restart it will ask u to press a key to boot from the cd
then hit any key
make sure u know how to go to next process
after checking systen devices press enter then F8
and go for formating
