My Comcast "view wireless networks" window reads "disconnected" while I still have internet access. Why?
I have Comcast wireless internet with one of those wireless hubs. When I opened my "view wireless networks" window, it read "disconnected" instead "connected." But, I still have internet access. If I still have internet access while my Comcast wireless internet reads "disconnected," what is going on and how can I fix this?
I would be calling comcast or email them at help option. they will have to help you fix this. I am sure its just a glitch.good luck.
