I used xp. recently i installed win 7. my pc's performance was developed a lot. even my graphics card shows 1gb memory(768 shared). now the problem is when i tried to install some program it didnt install first time like adobe premire pro and some games and some other sofwares. after a trying couple of time, it says the software wasnt installed successfully, would you like to install it with recomended configuration? then it installs. i game overed far cry in xp. but when i installed it in win 7 when i star the game the whole screen turns bluish and i cant see anything. such an amaizing os but i cant depend on it well. what seems to be the problem ? a friend of mine said i need to install directx 11. is this true ? if yes then where to install direct x 11 ? i am running now directx 9c.
You don't need to Download the DirectX 11 it has already got with Windows 7 and newest updates for Windows Vista Service Pack2 infact there is no way to Download DirectX 11 Runtime Environment
to Enable DirectX 11 you need Hardware(VGA nvidia Fermi and ATI HD5000 Series) and RTE (Runtime Environment)(comes with Vista SP2 and 7) and OS (Vista Sp2 and 7)
