How come I can't download this driver?
I am trying to download a driver but for some reason it won't work. I am trying to download a Intel 965 Express Chipset Family Graphics Media Accelerator Driver 15.11.5.64.1624 Vista32 from this site:

Whenever I try to download it, it always says the requirements aren't being met. What are the requirements for it? Also for some reason it needs to determine if the computer can support the Windows Aero desktop theme. Why is that? I assume that the main problem behind this failure to download the driver.
