uxtheme.dll was patch but accidentally named it uxtheme.dll so file looks like uxtheme.dll.dll
is there a way to change name. can't open map only rar and rar dosen't allow me got no recovery cd

Find and rename the file in Windows Explorer by taking off one of those .dll's.
