i need help with windows vista, usb problems, 10 points to whoever has the right answer emergency?
i have an mp4 player, and i also have windows vista. i have the cd that came with the mp4. when i connect it to my computer it charges but nothing pops up. it works fine but nothing pops up and the cd that comes with it is for windows 98. it works for windows xp also. but nothing pops up on windows vista. is there some type of driver i need or universal software driver or something. i want to know what i have to do in order to download that specific driver or something. 10 points for the best answer. please and thanks.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
