I want to convert my windows in English language. my OS ver is Windows XP 5.1.2600 Dodatek Service Pack 2.?
I have Windows XP 5.1.2600 Dodatek Service Pack 2 on my PC as OS. this version of windows is really good. but it is in polaski language.
I want to convert it into english language. i have tried microsoft website but nothing found about it. what should i do.
Tell me the procesure to change the language or give me any link where can i download this ver of windows in english language.

You can't change local version of XP to English version. You need to buy English version of XP and reinstall with it
