HP MediaSmart server won't detect printer attatched to it with USB, why?
Both HP and Windows say they can't support this issue, so I feel totally screwed right about now! Anyway, I can't get the darn printer to show up. I even used the remote desktop function to look at the server and see if I could find the printer and it was not there. My laptop recognizes it instantly, so I know it's plug and play. The printer is an HP PSC 2355 and server is and HP MediaSmart Server EX470. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
