Can I connect two printers via usb to two different PC's via a USB hub?

The printers are not network capable (no ether net port) ,I have two PC's in adjoining offices --can I connect both printers to a USB hub (and the two PC's) --then either PC can print off either printer?

No. USB can only have a single host (computer) on the bus. Added to that USB leads can be a maximum of five metres long meaning you probably wouldn't have the reach to connect up the machines anyway. Connect the printer to one of the computers as normal and mark it as sharable in Control Panel. Point the other computer to that printer over the network.
