How do I make Windows XP Pro's environment appear large, chunky and sharp for my mother who has poor eyesight?
Changing screen resolution is not an option, and SETTINGS>>ADVANCED>>DPI SETTINGS has a universal effect (it affects all profiles. I need my profile to run in a small, high res settings as I deal alot with graphics and 3D... And hers has to have larger sprites). Changing it back and forth is ok, but if there is another way around this that would be great.

You can create a separate login account for her - Control Panel/User Accounts. Then she can have her own profile.
Windows XP also has an Accessibility Options in Control Panel which you might want to explore besides changing the font size in the Display Settings.
