no your gonna have to up your budget by £300 - £400 in order to max games out

cod 4 is like 3 years old now?
the 4350 hd is a very bad card. also that guy is running at a res of 1024 x 764, and is still only getting around 20fps
by 6850 hd runs that game at 1920 x 1080 at more like 80 - 100 FPS
anything less than 30fps means the is noticeable lagg while playing the game

your looking at a new graphics card and a new PSU
if you buy this computer with about £200 to spare you can turn it into a gaming computer that will max all current games out
