When playing Blu-Ray on a computer with POWER DVD ULTRA i get sound but no picture ?
I have tryed playing Blu-Ray on windows Vista and it works perfectly, But i have changed my operating system to XP. I get sound but i dont get a picture. I get a message saying THIS FEATURE IS NOT SUPPORTED FOR THE CURRENT DISC FORMAT. I use Power DVD Ultra to play Blu-Ray. Please help me.
Since you say you have Power DVD Ultra, it seems that it is version 7.XX. This means that your version is only able to play Blu-ray under Windows Vista. I believe that you need the latest version of Power DVD which right now is 8 in order to be able to play Blu-ray under Windows XP. If all your hardware is the same as when it was under Windows Vista, then you should not have a problem with Windows XP Blu-Ray playback.
