Which version of Windows Vista Ultimate should I upgrade to?
Right now I am running Windows Vista Home Premium 32 Bit. I want to download and upgrade to Windows Vista Ultimate. Do I have to download Vista Ultimate 32 Bit or can I upgrade to Vista Ultimate 64 Bit?
*One more question: Will upgrading erase any of my files or programs?

My name is Jeff and I work with the Windows Outreach Team. To answer your first question, you can only go from 32bit to 32 bit, and 64bit to 64bit.
Here is what Microsoft has to say in regards to your questions about erasing files: "the upgrade process preserves your settings, programs, and saved files. As a standard precaution, we recommend that you back up your computer."
