How do you set your Windows XP computer to not go to sleep after the screensaver is on for a while?
Randomly one day, my computer started going to sleep on me after i didn't use it for about 15 minutes. I charge my mp3 player with it and it usually can't get more than 15 minutes of charging. How do i set it back to the wa it was before, with the monitor blank but the tower still on?
1. right click on the deskstop.
2. click on properties
3.click on the screensaver tab
4. at the bottem you will see Monitor Power, click on the Power box
5. from there you can adjust the monitor power off time from never to 1 minute
