Why the hell is my PC so loud????
Hi. My PC, running xp is super loud lately. I have it upstairs and i can sometimes hear it downstairs! The noise keeps on getting louder and louder as I progress through the day, and as I do more challenging things. So, is it to do with the hard drive, or maybe the processor fan?
A year ago my computer had a lot of dust built up between the processor and the processor fan, stopping the fan from being cooled. Could it be this again?
Any help is most appreciated.

Windows XP Home Edition SP3
Intel Pentium D 2.83ghz (dual core)
ATi Onboard 256mb Graphics
1.25GB of Available RAM (grafix card uses th other 256mb)
Oh, and by the way. It's a Packard Bell iMedia 753. I got it exactly two years ago (June 2006)
I dont really use my PC much for gaming except the sims 2. So my graphics card is only and ATi Radeon X200. which at the time was a mid range onbord graphics card according to the man in the shop.
