Florida special circumstance Drivers license?
My son is 15 years old. He has his learners Permit. He only has 2 months until he turns 16 and can get his full license. However, he has no way of getting to and from school, and his school told me that it was possible that he could get a 'special circumstances license', allowing him to drive to and from school without a parent.
Could anybody tell me the truth in this and how i could go about it?

It is called a hardship drivers license. Texas has them maybe Florida has them.
