What can i do after the dvd rom flash program failed?
My laptop is dell latitude d600. The dvd rom is sumsung Slim CDRW/DVD ROM. I downloaded a flash program from dell website. I ran it and ended up faied.
After that, I can't open the dvd whether by pressing the button or seledting eject. The light on the dvd drive kept flashing, and windows needs longer time to start.
I tried to flash the dvd on the safe mode, the program said ok, but the problem is still there.
please help!!!
