What will be the best ATI Radeon graphics card for my PC?
I got a Dell Optilplex GX280 SFF, Windows XP Pro., 1Gb of DDR2 RAM(upgradable up to 2Gb),Intel Pentium 4 HT running @ 3.20GHz, 80Gb HDD. My graphics card I got right now is a ATI Radeon X300 128MB DirectX 9. I do got a PCI-E slot but my power supply unit(PSU) is only 160W. I want the latest low profile graphics card that is compatible with my PC that at is at least DirectX 10 or 10.1 compatible and that has HDMI or S Video, and that is blue ray compatible. If there is no one like I want just give the best one, and I want one way better than the one I got. I don't got a PCI-E power connector. Please give me links or graphics card name plz.

WOW, only 160 watt PSU!!!!!! Most computers come with a minimum of 250 watt power supply. Sorry, there is no graphics card that will run with only 160 watt PSU. The lowest ones run off of 250 watt which means you would need AT LEAST a 300 watt PSU.
For example, if you have a graphics card that requires a minimum of 250 watts, then you AT LEAST have to have a 300 PSU, because your actual system and motherboard needs power too. If you have 250 watt PSU and a 250 watt graphics card, then your whole system will be put under strain and your board will recieve low voltage which will break your motherboard.
Upgrade PSU FIRST, then look into graphics cards. Most good graphics cards require 350-400 watt PSU. The really fancy expensive ones might use more.
