trying to use restore points on win xp pro?
I have tried several different available restore points on my husbands computer. They all, in the end, say the computer can not be restored to that point. Is there some reason it may be doing this? I hate to completely reinstall his windows as all of his school work is on here, but have the CDs to do so if it is necessary.
