Perform a clean install. If you have the Windows XP disc still, great, use it. Boot from the disc and do what you gotta do, link if you need help:

The file you download (the torrent) is a small file less than a megabyte, and you use a bittorrent client to download the rest. Most people go with uTorrent ( http://www.utorrent.com/ ). Open the torrent file with uTorrent and that will download the Windows XP Home Edition disc image.
Take the disc image (basically the CD/DVD squished down into a single file, usually in ISO format), and you burn this file to a CD/DVD to make a perfect copy. Windows XP I believe is just a CD. You can burn it to CD with a program like CloneCD ( http://www.slysoft.com/en/clonecd.html ). Afterwards, you have your new Windows XP Home Edition disc. Boot from disc and perform a clean install.
