Is there any way to reset the dual monitor settings on Windows 7?
HI 
I have Win 7 on a Toshiba Satellite L500D and I need to reset the dual monitor settings, does anyone know how?
The easiest way is to unplug the external monitor. That usually takes care of the problem automatically.
Otherwise, you can right click an empty area on the desktop and choose Screen Resolution. There should be a way to select single monitor use there. (Although that depends on what kind of graphics card you have in the laptop)
