How to go from Vista to XP?
Ok so I took my vista disc from another computer and used it on my computer. Well its really slow and I want XP back. But I think I just have an XP upgrade disc, so how do I get back to XP. I have nothing important on the computer I can delete everything. I've tried F11 at start up but there is no option for repair your computer. And I've booted to the cd and it says I dont have the right disc. So does anyone know how to fix this?
you have to reinstall the entire operating system. to do this you need to put the boot disk into you computer, go into the BIOS and make sure your CD or DVD drive has the 1st priority when booting and then follow the instructions for the OS installer. If this makes no sense to you I'd get someone else to do it.
