How can I run media center with a remote but still kee my settings of shuting the the hard disks down!?
I have Media Center for my laptop and use it for music and dvds through my tv, but I have it set to turn the hard disks off after 30 mins. When this happens I can no longer use the media center remote for my computer. Is there a way I can do this while still letting my computer rest, without having to change the settings everytime?
I don't see how the computer can work without a powered on hard drive. I'm pretty sure you have change the settings every time since all your music and dvd videos are stored on the hard drive.
