Everything is really nice on that PC like AMD Athlon II X4 620 processor and 6 GB of ram which is plenty for gaming but it don't have the good graphics card which is crucial factor in gaming.
Nvidia 9100 is not so good for latest games as it is a inbuilt chip that like to share a memory with your system ram.you won't be able to play latest games any good with that card.you need minimum HD 4650 full discrete graphics card for gaming.HD 4670 is MUCh better option for few more bucks.
as that PC have one free PCI-Ex16 slot for latest graphics cards so it is possible to use a graphics card.most this PCs come with 300 watts PSU which is fine for HD 4650 and HD 4670.get them from here.
