1 Tb hdd
3.8 ghz single core..

There was a guy that told me that my cpu bus speed is 1066 but the new cpu that i show on the link is 1333 so it wouldn't fit in my computer...he freaked me out..!!! I guess the 1066 is for my actual cpu and 1333 is the new processor bus speed....Please answer..!!
it will physically fit the mother board because your motherbaord has a 775 socket and the processor is a 775 format, but what i think the guy means is your motherboard bus speed has a maximum of 1066 and the Processor you want to use has 1333, so your processor is faster than your motherboard so it would either not work or it might work but you wont get the optimum performance of your CPU (bottle necking).
best thing to do is email HP and ask them this question, they should be able to answer this properly
