Please help me...I dont get these five problems.
80 inches appears to be to the nearest ten inches; the precision is half of that so 5 inches. You know the actual measure is within 5 inches of 80 since anything more than 5 inches above would have rounded up to 90 and anything more than 5 below would have rounded down to 70.
For 16 1/2, that's to the nearest 1/2 inch so half of 1/2 inch is 1/4 inch precision
Not sure what you mean on 3
5 and 6, since they go RST, RS + ST = RT
so 2x + 3x = 25
5x = 25
x = 5
3y + 1 + 2y = 21
5y + 1 = 21
5y = 20
y = 4
