Windows Vista Ultimate – multiple PCs?
Hi, I recently received a new and sealed case of MS Windows Vista Ultimate as a gift. Can I install this in multiple PCs or are additional license keys required?
Sorry I know little about product activation - please explain your answers well for a novice.

PS. Hi, I heard from somebody that I can install Vista on up to 5 PCs with a program called Autopatcher? Will this work, if so, are there any problems with it, and finally, is it legal to use?
Vista can only be installed on one machine per license. (And unless you're doing corporate or small business versions, each box is one license.)
If you have an active internet connection, when you install the program, it will use your connection to register itself with Microslut. If you do NOT have an active internet connection, the product will not allow full activation of the product...without you doing some serious jiggering. A friend of mine does tech work/computer assembly on the side, and had to do this with an XP computer that would never be taken on-line. It was 2 hours of techwork and 30 minutes of working his way up through Microsoft's Tech lines to do 30 seconds of coding.
As for Autopatcher...illegal to use in the manner described.
