Old IBM p4 computer hd?
So I was rummaging through my storage closet when I came across an old pc I built years ago. Long story short I need this hard drive from an old old ibm p4 computer, except there's like no bays. I swear it's soldered in or something protected by a cage that he-man couldn't get through. Anyone assemble ibm pcs? How do I take this badboy out?
On many of the older computers the hard drive was secured into the cage by screws (usually 4, two on each side), sometimes the cages were also secured by screws that had to be removed or some kind of clip & slide or rotate technique was used, others required the front of the case to be removed (screws, clips, etc.) in order to remove any drives, some required other parts to be removed first.
