A program I love is Dragon Naturally Speaking. Windows 7 has something like that built in. If you are good at multi tasking this can be one of the most powerful programs to have because you can get your computer to do virtually anything you want just by speaking to it and at the same time be cracking away with your hands.If you are a script kiddy then there are a lot of powerful tools out there but I am not gonna post them or links to them.
