I have Intel D101GGC motherboard 3 GHz P4 HT which have two slots for RAM. Currently, I have two 512 MB RAM sticks on it. Now, I want to upgrade to 2 GB. What is better option ? Two sticks of 1 GB or one stick of 2 GB. Which company should I go for ? What is its cost in India ?
Also, can I use DDR2 RAM in it or not ?
