P4? AMD64 Processor? Something doesn't add up. The Pentium 4 is usually abbreviated as a P4, and you say you have an AMD64 processor, that would be impossible....
Anyway, for me, it seems to be a Windows problem rather than a driver problem. I suggest reinstalling your Windows to see if it's the problem.
