Yea, but not very well...Most of the "eye candy" will have to be turned off and the resolution will be so low that it won't look good at all so what's the point of playing it if it doesn't look great!
I have a Intel E6700 Core 2 overclocked to 3Ghz , 2gbs of XMS2 PC6400 CL4 Corsair memory & and 8800GTS that I had to Overclock just to play the game to where it looks really good...otherwise it's really laggy with studders in the framerate at stock Clock settings even with my setup....
If you've ever played FarCry then you will know the demands on your system with the graphics turned up...it's basically the same thing with this game but even more so...
As far as a budget 8 series card, I would go with the new Nvidia 8800GT...this will play Crysis with some graphics turned on!
