DELL Optiplex GX150 SFF upgrading graphics card?
I would like to know the best graphics card to get right now i am just using what came on the motherboard but i need a little help i knew about the difference between pci and agp but what is pci-e and will it work with my DELL Optiplex GX150 SFF its 1 ghz 512mb memory

which means its really not worth putting money into as far as gaming goes. pci is 8-year old technology. agp and pci-e slots were omitted on budget motherboards and on motherboards not designed for home/gaming use, which seems to be what you have.
On a budget you could probably replace the motherboard for under $70 if you know someone who can do the work for free. A cheap pci-e card will cost about $70-80
