no its not a good computer. the processor is a pentium 4, which even though its 3 ghz is crap compared to a dual core.
1gb RAM is great if you just want to browse the internet, but your probably not going to be JUST browsing the internet. you'll see a bunch of applications will go slow, especially cause its an integrated gfx card.
160gb hard drive is ok
now, if you want to create music that thing is bad. Programs for making music usually require a good processor.
I'm not from the UK but £100 = approx $150 USD, and I would not buy that computer for that much money.
