speaker problem!?
i have a computer exactly like http://cgi.ebay.com/Dell-OptiPlex-GX280-P4-2-8GHz-512MB-80GB-LCD-Monitor_W0QQitemZ170102434048QQihZ007QQcategoryZ140070QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem this one, only mine came with built in speakers. there's a little knob on the bottom of the monitor i turn, and a green light comes on to notify me that the speakers are on.
the light won't come on now, and the speakers won't work. i've checked the cords, and everything appears to be fine. has anyone had a similar problem? any suggestions would be much appreciated.
sounds like a broken internal cable or connection.
Problem is, these are difficult to find.
