What graphics card will work with my motherboard/processor?
Okay, I have a refurbished Dell Optiplex GX280 which I recently stripped and put most of the new parts into a new case along with a new 750W PSU. It contains 4gb of DDR2 RAM, a pentium 4 3.0ghz processor, and 1TB of hard drive space (which shouldn't effect anything but I thought I'd mention the specs). The new power supply is clearly enough to power a great gaming card, but I was wondering if I were to buy a Nvidia Gtx or one of those high end models, would it not work with only the P4 processor? Or does the processor not really effect the card working? I apologize if this sounds noobish, but I would rather not shell out all the money for the card and find that it won't work in that motherboard/ with that processor. Any help is appreciated!
New Details: It has a PCI-E 16x. The P4 processor is a fast 3.0, but still don't know if it will effect the video card.
