I install norton ghost on hp its works perfect but on dell it doesn't make image ?

on dell when computer restart for making image its show massage (disk boot failer) and windows not working and i have to install windows again pleas any one help me

Your boot sequence list the hard drive before the other devices like usb, floppy, cdrom, etc. and you're trying to boot to another device. You need to go into the bios (f2) and change the order of the boot sequence to put your ghost boot disc before it.
You could also hit f12 on the dell screen which takes you to the boot menu. Then you choose the device, (cdrom, usb, or floppy) that youd like to boot to.
