dell optiplex gx270 dvd will not come out from the case?

i have a dell optiplex gx270
i tried to remove the cd-rom and replace it with a dvd/rw drive but it failed
first you have to take the green brackets out~(unscrew them)and place it on the other drive but i unfortunately put them upside down and it now will not budge i tried every thing,i pushed it outwars and up and inwards and up but it still doesnt come out i will try to post a video about what i mean anyway can anyone help me remove it .
note.i have put the green brackets the wrong way around

If you put the green brackets on the wrong way then there's no way you should have been able to install the drive in the first place... You may just have to use brute force and FORCE the drive out...
