ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT won't rotate displays?
I'm using a Dell OptiPlex 755, XP Pro SP3 with a ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT video card hooked up to dual monitors running 1280x1024 each. I wanted to rotate them both 90 degrees but no success. I updated Catalyst Control Center (CCC) and the drivers directly from ATI, but still unsuccessful. When trying to rotate them through CCC and hit 'Apply' the screens flash a couple times then nothing happens, the pictures of the displays in CCC return to their regular orientation. I then tried downloading a 3rd party app called iRotate, but when trying to use that the display settings crash. So I completely uninstall all the drivers and the video card itself, download the latest driver information from Dell and still run into the exact same issues.
