how can boot From CD on Dell Optiplex GX280?
Ive tried a few different CDs and USBs with my dell and non of them can be booted.
they do boot in other compys. Ive tried XP Windows 7 and UBUNTU but no Luck.
Ive changed the bios boot order etc but no luck..
Any suggestions?
Re: poker Fan. Ive tried these things and get 2 error messages: "Selected boot device not available - strike F1..", "invalid system Disk _ Replace the disk then press any key" Thanks for the suggestions though
When you want to boot from a CD or some such, you need to press the proper key at the right time on the right screen while the computer is turning on. When turning it on, spam the keys F12 (or maybe even F2, either could be the boot menu) and you should be shown a menu of devices to boot from.
