My laptop has a virus whereby it won't let me open anything in MS Windows XP. How can I remove Windows?
How can i remove Windows in the Setup menu's and reinstall. I don't mind about losing any program files etc
Install your Windows XP CD in the CD Drive. Start the computer and wait for the prompt. This will reinstall Windows XP back on your Hard Drive. You should get all your drivers first for your computer from the maker of yout Computer as Windows XP will not install all your drivers.
Once you have installed your Windows, then run and install your drivers. Then you can install all you programs again.
