why can't my windows xp detect more than one mass strorage devices?
I've 2 usb external HDD, but I can't get my windows to detect both at a same time . if I connect both , windows will just detect one of them, and working normally. the other one seems to be connected, but the HDD appears to be empty. can't read any of the data.
It happens when I connect my other usb device too. such as my pen drive. if I connects the pen drive . The external HDD will be blank again.
can anyone solve this?
reinstall the drivers for your usb devices, you are having a irq or i/o conflict
