Getting error while trying to install Windows XP on MAC laptop?
I am trying to install Windows XP on my MAC laptop. But after copying all the set up files from the bottable CD when i am rebooting the system it is throwing an error "hal.dll" file is missing or corrupt.
I had Windows XP before on my system but it got corrupted.
Please help me out.
1) The Xp bootable Cd may be having Scratches on it.
2) Try to install from a New cd.
3) Try to delete the Partition and then Install the os.
4) Try to install in different Drive(D)
5) Change the Ram and install the os with a new Cd which is not having scratches
try one by one.
